Adjustment program:

1. Remove the upper cover, check and tighten the 2-m3 × 55 screws.

2. Loosen the M5 nut.

3. If necessary, turn the controlled mechanism to the specified position (no-load), then the micro switch corresponding to the action of the mechanism should be switched instantaneously. That is: adjust the corresponding adjusting shaft (z) to make the memory cam (T) press down the contact of micro switch (wk).

4. Tighten the M5 nut. (the nut must be tightened, otherwise memory disorder will occur).

5. The mechanism should run repeatedly without load for several times to verify whether the memory position is accurate. (repeat the above adjustment in case of error).

6. Confirm that the position meets the requirements; tighten the M5 nut and install the cover.

7. After the mechanism works normally, it is necessary to check whether the memory control position changes frequently so as to correct it in time.
